Good Morning,

The NMED Cabinet Secretary concurred with the Air Quality Bureau’s recommendation that a public hearing be held for the air permit application (9295) for Roper Construction Inc’s -Alto Concrete Batch Plant north of Ruidoso in Lincoln County.

The date, time, and location of this public hearing are not yet set. You will be notified of the public hearing well in advance.

The Department is currently working on the draft permit and creating a list of FAQs (frequently asked questions) to respond to citizens’ questions. Information will continue to be posted under “Roper Construction, Inc – Alto Concrete Batch Plant” on this AQB web page as it becomes available:
